What I Enjoy Doing

I love to create educational resources and reward systems that effect desired outcomes. My twenty-six years of experience as an educator has taught me that students show more effort when there is a reward to be earned. Plus I enjoy seeing their faces light up when they achieve a goal and get a reward/tangible praise to add to their brag wall/portfolio.
